Dr.Supriya did her Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery from Government Ayurveda College Nasik Maharashtra. She completed her postgraduate diploma in Emergency medical services from Pune, Maharashtra, and her PG Diploma in Clinical Research & Regulatory Affairs from Pune, Maharashtra. She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Teacher from Nasik, Maharashtra, and she has done her Masters in Yog shastra from Nasik, Maharashtra.

Having been the author of many articles in many renowned magazines, she continues to write articles about yoga and lifestyle management in many monthly magazines.She has presented paper presentations in the national & International Conferences in UAE, India & Singapore.
